Jean in Newcastle
Dd is applying for a specialized summer camp. They want applicants to be going into their Junior or Senior year next fall. They ask for a transcript. I have all of her grades for 9th grade so that was easy. But how do I put on her 10th grade classes? She doesn't have final grades in them and won't before the transcript has to be sent in next week. Do I put partial grades? Just list the classes with no grades? Or what? regentrude
Semester grades if you have them, or list class as "in progress". Students apply for college without grades for the last year, so it should be fine for a summer camp.
PinkyandtheBrains.
I just put “in progress†for current classes.
katilac
Semester grades and 'in progress,' just as you for a college application.
Angie in VA
Semester grades if you have them, or list class as "in progress". Yep. This.
RootAnn
I'm doing the same. DD has three classes that were 1/2 credit, fall-only. I put those grades & listed everything else as "in progress." My transcript format doesn't have semester grades, just final ones, so I'm leaving off any grades for full year courses. Gotta be enough, right? Edited to add: Just after hitting "submit" (can no longer change anything), I realized the changes I made to the transcript today messed with my auto-calculations of her cumulative GPA. So, it looks (a little) lower than it really is. :banghead: Hopefully, it won't matter. :ack2: :blushing: Edited March 20, 2018 by RootAnn
