christien Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 hi there -- i'm Christien (pronounced Christine) i'm currently in the Dallas/Ft Worth area of Texas. i pulled my son (9) from his Charter school late January of this year and i think we may have found a good curriculum fit for us (for now LOL). We're doing:Saxon 5/4 with CTC Math / Khan thrown in for mastery checks Math Board Build your library - level 1 i want to continue classical education, so we're working on Story of the world book 1 Discovery Education Science Fix It Grammar PE at the local Rec Center and YMCA we fit all the core subjects in 4 days (about 4ish hours a day) and on Fridays he uses code.org for a bit and then has the weekend free. i've poked around the posts here and am excited to get to know you ladies. :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
