Night Elf
Regardless of how many workouts I set as my weekly goal, it says my weekly calories to burn is 440. So whether I do two 30-minute brisk walks or six 30-minute workouts it still stays 440. I tried changing the 440 to a lower number that matches my actual planned workouts and it saves the changes until I change the page, then it defaults back to 440. Why? hornblower
I'm not sure but I think it might be generating that number based on your current weight and weight goals + daily calorie intake. So it's calculating that as your goal based on your other parameters ....maybe?
Joyofsixreboot
Yes, I think it is extrapolating from other information. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Night Elf
Well it's not much but I'm trying to maintain weight and I put I was sedentary. I guess it figures I don't need to burn a lot of calories. Still it's weird that it's calculating that for me and won't let me change it. Oh well, if I walk more than anticipated, I'll just go over the goal. No big deal.
