EmilyGF
I've been doing WW since Dec. 8 and have lost 15.8 pounds! Woot! I'm nursing my just-turned 2-year-old who, of course, eats lots of solid foods. I'd say I'm a success. That comes to 1.5 or so pounds per week, despite having 5 family birthdays, Christmas, and Valentine's Day during that time frame. I just went back to look at my personal Weight Watchers settings and found I accidentally checked the "exclusively breastfeeding" button. Whoops! So I have been eating 10 or more extra points per day compared with what I "should" have eaten. BUT I've lost tons of weight and my milk has still decreased somewhat. I can't imagine doing WW right now using the lower points that I "should" have. So, if you are thinking of WW and are nursing, I'd suggest to try using the "exclusively breastfeeding" option and then downgrade to "nursing, but baby eats solid" if you aren't losing.
