Where can I go for enough wifi to stream?

I am needing to wait each evening this month for about 2 1/2 hrs too far from home to drive back and forth for one of my sons activities. I wouldn't mind if I had somewhere to go and watch a few shows and knit. It seems the free wifi at restaurants I've tried is not strong enough for streaming. Any other ideas?

Libraries, Starbucks, Peet’s, McDonald’s, Burger King were all okay for watching YouTube on my phone using their free WiFi. Some high bandwidth YouTube videos won’t stream though.

My kids have done online classes using library’s free WiFi but it is during off peak hours. When many people are using WiFi, quality drop.

I've had hit and miss luck with places like Starbucks and Panera, but more good than bad.  You may need to try individual shops and it might depend on how busy it is.  When my kid was just in a theater production, I had the best luck at the local public libarary.  I could park outside it after hours and even watch Netflix .  LOL.
