Who sells this coat?

I want to find a coat that meets all of these requirements:

 

Petite

Down

Heat-reflective on inside (silver lining)

Packable (thin)

 

I have found combos of some of these, but not all at once. Any suggestions?

I wonder if a heat-reflective lining would also insulate you from the down?  I've never seen one with that combo before.  I'm extremely happy with my down jacket from REI, just got back in from the snow.  :-)

The only places I've seen with the petite sizing are Lands End and Eddie Bauer.  They do have down, but I don't know about the lining.

klmama--I was mistaken; Columbia only makes petite cut pants; they do not make petite cut jackets. They do have tiny sizes.

Columbia and North Face down parkas XS is close enough to XSP for me. Columbia’s cutting for some styles are more fitting while all the North Face long coats/parkas I tried has “air gaps†and I would need to wear a sweater/pullover to minimize the “air gapâ€.

 

Check the size charts for the arm length for petite. For me the arm length is too short for petite sizes so I go for the normal XXS (size 0) and layer up for Lands End.
