Night Elf
Binging is my biggest bad habit broken. I was in a bad cycle. I actually went cold turkey with it. My nutritionist helped me develop an eating plan and it was more than I allowed myself to eat on a regular day that I didn't feel deprived. I didn't need a really big day of eating anymore. I still had moments where I wanted to go out and get a big amount of food but I was able to control myself. Then I stopped craving those things. I was just very lucky I suppose.
Jean in Newcastle
No bad habits broken but I did bend to the inevitable growing up process and stopped tucking Dd in good night. I miss tucking the kids in bed!! But they come seek me out to say good night and to give me a hug so all is good. Granny_Weatherwax
I can't think of any bad habits that I broke this year. I have identified a few to work on in 2018.

Selkie
I already posted about this yesterday, but I gave up diet pop and sugar cold turkey. I used to be addicted to both, but neither of them are even slightly appealing to me anymore.

Closeacademy
Drinking soda especially when stressed. I think I'm finally over it.
DawnM
Sadly, I don't think so. Although I have been MUCH better about allowing all my kids to have more independence and take responsibility for their own stuff. I got into a bad habit of helping them too much on things, which stemmed from having my oldest have special needs. But he is doing so much better and I am able to let go more.
