Stomach virus or something else?

Obviously this is a gross thread so proceed at your own risk.

I have Celiac and food allergies and am used to GI nonsense. Diarrhea doesn’t phase me at all anymore. Just for reference.

Saturday night I woke up at 3am with what I can only describe as severe heartburn and tender upper quadrant stomach. Not severe pain but pretty specific location. I went to the restroom with progressively looser BM, 4x in 2 hours and took some Pepto. I felt ill but it didn’t register as a stomach bug. I am very familiar with diarrhea cramps and nausea and this was not that- very odd. Also had very bad headache.

Woke up at 7am still feeling ill and vomited 3x and immediately felt relief. Went to bed and slept. Stomach was rumbling but empty and peaceful.

Ended up with 102-103 temp yesterday with awful headache (had ice packs on my head it was so bad) very weak, achey and chilled. I ate and drank nothing until about 6pm when I felt I could handle water and liquid Tylenol. The Tylenol helped within 30 minutes. Such relief.

Ate a few bites of applesauce and bland GF oatmeal during the night. Fever stayed below 101

This morning I felt quite improved with the fever being gone and stomach was calm- so I ate a piece of GF toast.

Apparently that was a mistake. I’ve had that same something stuck in my gut, although higher up, indigestion feeling for 5 hours although not quite as severe- incredible amounts of burping and the need to sit up. I took an chewable antacid. Stomach is still rumbling and gurgling and no way would I try to eat anything else.

I’m probably being impatient but this isn’t like any stomach bug I’ve had before. The pain and discomfort in my gut are not nausea or cramping or upset- just an ache, fullness, pressure and rumbling. It’s much more like severe indigestion (with fever headache and vomiting).

No one else is ill in my home.

Any thoughts?
