So, I found a nice summer frock at the op shop (thrift store) today, but it's slightly too big under the arms.

I seem to remember my Grandma puttting darts in clothes to reduce gaps - how do I do it ? I can't work out how to pin the arm holes in a way that keeps the bodice  sitting properly. The bodice fits fine.

Any directions to decent Youtube videos ? Or excellent written instructions ? :)

I think you need a partner to help you. Otherwise, it's going to be hard to figure out the darts without changing how the bodice lies. Greet a friend or take it to a seamstress. :)
