EmilyGF
We really benefited from CWP in the elementary years. I liked that it brought a new approach to what our primary math program covered. Is there something like that for middle school? Emily

kesmom
What about one of the upper level Zaccaro books?
Kathy in Richmond
Competition Math for Middle School by Jason Batterson has lots of problems sorted by topic, along with answer keys and full solutions. The first classic AoPS problem solving text (Vol 1: Basics) MOEMS middle school level problems Last time that I tutored a kid this age in supplementary math, I used a combo of Singapore's old Topical Problem Sums (level 6), Hands on Equations, Mathcounts problems from their Competition Handbooks & old exams (some are free online), and Alcumus prealgebra. Amy M
What about one of the upper level Zaccaro books? This is what I was going to say. My son is going through LOF Decimals right now as a review, in-between breather before he moves on to pre-algebra. He's really enjoying it, and some of the questions make him think.
