EmilyGF Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 (edited) We have the exciting opportunity to go to Israel for a number of months next school year and I'd like my kids to say things like, "Wow, such-and-such happened here!" instead of "What, more ruins?" Any suggestions for books that deal with the history/archaeology/geography of Israel from the time of Christ to the present? Historical fiction is appreciated, too. For my oldest, books dealing with the conflicts in the region might be appropriate, too, once he's gotten more of a sense of the history. ETA: I have kids ages 1-12.
