3 ladybugs
Good morning Flyminds! Welcome to the Flylady support thread. To find out what Flylady is: http://www.flylady.net/ You can also find people on YouTube if you search for it. Please join in on the fun! We have completed the baby steps found here: http://forums.welltrainedmind.com/topic/659360-flylady-baby-step-31-sunday-october-1/ Welcome to the Build a Control Journal series! There are 15 steps to build a Control Journal. You may find that you need all 15 steps, you may find that you only need a few, you may find that you need something that is not listed here. The choice is yours and no one is going to grade you on this. So have fun and let’s get to it! The steps: Get your supplies. Do a basic set up. Write down a bedtime routine 4th step Write down morning and afternoon routines - http://www.flylady.net/d/getting-started/flying-lessons/control-journal/step-4/ This is fairly simple like yesterday. Here is my routines if you need an example (please post yours too!) Morning routines Make bed Dressed to shoes Eat breakfast Drink water Take vitamins Feed children What’s for dinner? 2 minute hot spot 15 minutes decluttering Empty dishwasher Laundry Feed dog Afternoon routine Eat lunch Feed kids Drink water Give snacks Start dinner 5 minute hot spot Laundry 15 minutes in the Zone Now obviously I feed my children everyday. I don’t need a reminder for that, but there is something gratifying to check something off the list. So I feel it is warranted. Also, I have been known to forget about myself when it comes to eating, so that is also on the list.
3 ladybugs
Sorry I am late on this today. I have a sore throat that is one of the worst ones I have ever had. :( It is viral though so I have to wait for it to be finished.
