I think I'm having some focus and attention issues that I didn't have when I was younger.

I don't have a formal diagnosis and don't want to get on medication, but would love to hear what natural supplements, foods and strategies help with focus and attention issues.

 

I also think the digital component of daily life certainly makes things worse for me, but like most people, I need to get things done this way on a daily basis.

 

Also things to avoid that might be helpful would be most appreciated!

My dh uses nootropics, the one he usually uses is out of stock at the moment. Much to his chagrin. He also uses a quality fish oil, evening primrose oil, zinc, and magnesium. None of these are a quick fix. He took everything daily for a month before he started noticing a difference. The longer he takes them the more he notices if he forgets.
