PediaSure or other?

I need a calorie booster for my little girl.

It needs to be dairy free. I prefer that it be soy free.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

We cannot use PediaSure because of the dairy. I do not want to use a soy based product.

I am scared to buy a 12 pack of something off of amazon and have her hate it because they are so expensive-

so I was wondering if anyone had a real life personal suggestion/experience.

Thank you so much!

Rebecca

In a medium bowl, whisk together:

1.75c gluten free or regular flower

3/4c plus 2tbsp almond meal/flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

In large bowl, mix together:

1.25c sugar

8 tbsp melted butter, still warm

3oz cream cheese

1 large egg

1 tbsp vanilla

Add dry to wet and mix well. Then put dough into fridge until stiff enough to scoop out in 2 tbsp balls. Roll in sugar, then bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.

Try using some Duocal or Benecalorie.  Those added to foods that my son was already eating, as well as a prescription for Periactin to stimulate his appetite, were the most effective for us.  Using a drink supplement like Pediasure only filled him up and kept him from eating foods.  It was almost like a meal replacement for him instead of addition to.
