Rebecca
I need a calorie booster for my little girl. It needs to be dairy free. I prefer that it be soy free. Does anyone have any recommendations? We cannot use PediaSure because of the dairy. I do not want to use a soy based product. I am scared to buy a 12 pack of something off of amazon and have her hate it because they are so expensive- so I was wondering if anyone had a real life personal suggestion/experience. Thank you so much! Rebecca
prairiewindmomma
When we bumped into similar issues, we were told to drizzle olive oil onto everything and to feed her a ton of avocados (provided there is no latex allergy).
Monica_in_Switzerland
Does it need to be liquid? Otherwise, I'd look at cookie recipes that contain almond meal- I have a good one if you need one.
Rebecca
It does not need to be liquid!! I would love the recipe. The problem is, she gets full easily so it is hard getting her to eat enough! I will drizzle olive oil! Rebecca

TeenagerMom
Try using some Duocal or Benecalorie. Those added to foods that my son was already eating, as well as a prescription for Periactin to stimulate his appetite, were the most effective for us. Using a drink supplement like Pediasure only filled him up and kept him from eating foods. It was almost like a meal replacement for him instead of addition to. http://www.myduocal.com/ https://www.nestlehealthscience.us/brands/benecalorie/benecalorie-hcp
