Anxiety/panic is crushing me.

I just needed to "say" that and I have nowhere else to express that.

Health and relationship woes are adding to my current state.

I'm sorry.  :grouphug:  I struggle with anxiety and ocd every day and know how exhausting it is.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I wish I knew of something that would help you. Are you taking any supplements or medications?

I noticed that you mentioned health woes -- I hope you're okay!!! :grouphug:

If you need to talk or vent, we're always here for you. I wish we could do more. :(

Hugs. :( I am dealing with anxiety this summer for the first time ever. It's crippling. On days when I feel anxious, I just curl up in bed and can't go anywhere. Places I like going. I can barely interact with my kids. It's just bad. :( People act like you can force yourself to function anyway. But I'm obviously not capable.

Anxiety is the worst. Medication helps. There's some good apps. But it sucks. I'm sorry.

Guided Mind, Calm, and one for kids that I really like: Breathe Kids. There are more, but those are the ones I use.

What apps?

 

DS18's therapist recommended Breathe+ and Breathe2Relax. They're both fairly similar.
