gardenmom5 Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 grrr. dh needed some dress shirts - and I liked penny's stafford (buy 1, get 1 for a penny) so I went online to order some. oh, gee, and an extra 30% off total purchase. nice. bought clothes for the growing kid... . try to sign into my account, demands I change my password :glare: . . . won't recognize EITHER password! :scared: locks me out. :mad: . . . . . try a reset. . :sneaky2: . :mad: . won't allow it. :banghead: call the help number . . . . you have a 42 minute wait. :svengo: forget that . . . . so - I have other email addresses :bored: . . . I opened a new online account. :P (I never save my card#s anyway.) but really ticked off.
