Especially a biography for a young adult audience, but anything, really, would be great.

Lol, my dd wrote not one but two papers on this guy. I think the main book she used was Ibn Al-Haytham: First Scientist by Bradley Steffens, ISBN 9781599350240. 128 pp.

Other than that we only found shorter references in longer works about medieval and/or Muslim scientists.
