crazyforlatin
The college board is no longer sending out paper registration forms, but reps suggested I ask the school counselor. In fact I did go into a local HS for a paper registration a couple of months ago, but since high schoolers are all above 13 years old, the schools do not have them. And middle schools do not have them either. Has anyone asked for paper registrations lately? I know there is a site on the college board that allows us to ask for free publications such as applications, but that feature is not available as of today. One rep even told me we'll just have to wait until DD is 14 yo.
Mike in SA
You can still register by mail: https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/register/by-mail It's how all the talent search participants have to register.

It's what I asked for - registering by mail. But the college board will not send out any paper forms. They have previously, which is how we took SAT 2. Dmmetler
The guidance counselor at DD's cover school requested one for us. Maybe find a friendly school? Alternatively, enroll with a talent search? You can register on the computer through CTY as long as your student is eligible for the SAT.

crazyforlatin
I talked to 3 reps, but I did get one somewhat helpful response with the suggestion to go to this link, https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/educators/k-12/free-publications-order-form, so maybe I'll keep trying this link until the update is done.
