It's been raining all week.  Blah.

To do:

Read

Work on project

make dh's lunch

breakfast school w/ teens

15 yo to math tutor (read while waiting for her)

Turns out we must go in to register 18 for classes - can't do it on line yet.

Dinner is something with ground beef

I really want to go to a Tridentine mass this evening (original feast of Ascension) so I need to take our houseguest to class early and talk my teens into babysitting.

Good morning!  Pretty relaxing day here

-coffee

-exercise (glutes that I didn't do yesterday)

-shower

-call physical therapist to see if doctor's note was sent (very bizarre PT laws in Florida for some reason)

-go back to Talbots (one thing I bought and paid for yesterday didn't make it into my bag)

-library to pick up book for me

-read (in the sun if clouds blow over)

-run dishwasher

-laundry (a few loads of towels, clothes, dog beds)

-dinner (egg roll in a bowl)

ETA:  yikes,  what did I do all day??

Hmm...

update ledger

bathrooms (full cleaning)

toss roast into crockpot/oven (I about starved DH last night, so I'm trying to compensate)

tidy bedrooms

laundry (kids) -- 2/3 done

dishes (DS1)

vacuum (DD)

seat work

test fish tank for nitrates (overdue, poor DS)

parents come get DD

drag boys (and self) to multiple clothing stores (not as painful as expected!)

clean out the chicken solitary confinement (why am I keeping chickens, again?)

rejoin DD at parents' house for dinner

I predict 80% of this actually happening...

ETA: I thought I already edited this?  Anyway, yay!  I'm exhausted.  5 1/2 hours at parents'.  :)

Good morning

- coffee!!!!!- in progress

- tidy house- round 1 done

- laundry- load in dryer, all others folded and put away

- dd2 lunch- done

- start some sort of preschool thing with dd2- did a little and found some more things that I printed for her and dd1

- crochet/review school stuff

- dd1 off bus- done

- dd1 homework- none though having her write her spelling words 2 times each

- dinner- meat pulled to thaw

- work

- showers for dd2 and I

- bedtime routine

- anything else I get done- signed dd1 up for soccer, found out I officially have my spot to re-enter nursing school, ordered dd1 some books to read for this summer (American girl has quite a few of their books on sale for $3.00. I ordered Caroline: Captian of the Ship, Julie the Big Break, Julie Soaring High, Samantha Manners and Mischief, Samantha Lost and Found, Kit Read All About It and Kit Turning Things Around. Each book as 3 of the original books in one, for instance the Caroline book has stories 4,5 and 6 in it), printed off some reading comprehension type things to go with the Caroline, Samantha and Julie books (trying to find some for Kit)

Good morning! I am up early as the tennis duo was not very quiet getting out of the house. So coffee and paper, then some chores and planning for the weekend. It looks like ds1 will be staying here this summer and that is so, so good. Both financially and health wise. It was a very adult decision, so that makes me hopeful. So there are a few things to do for his space here.

To do:

Plan driving/meet stuff for weekend

Daily/weekly chores

Put away all winter things ( I am believing that last week was the last snow)

Other general maintenance

Read a little

Jen things

Judo

Ds1 will drive for swim

Have a great day!

It's for one of the dogs. He'd be dead (literally) if it weren't for the "Chinese miracle herb" that I give him. (Yunnan baiyao)

I've heard of that one; that's still on my list of "things to know when I have time to know stuff."  ;)  Fortunately we don't have a pressing need for this.  I'm sorry you do.   :grouphug:

Busy day. Got a lot done already. Still to do:

Load lunch dishes and fold one load of laundry.

Afternoon read alouds and check morning work. Fill in school journals for the day.

Flylady home blessing step for today: finish dusting living room. (did my bedroom already and worked 15 min in my zone, and finished the morning routines. )

Flylady Thursday errand day: already went to bank and store. Need to return some things to the furniture store when dh gets home this early evening. That will be fun. Get to shop with a store credit from my furniture warranty. Basically I bought furniture 4 years ago. I sprang for the not too expensive 5 yr warranty. Well, it has not held up well. I finally sent in some pictures of the worn fabric and seam tear, and I get a full store credit, so I get to get a totally new living room set after having enjoyed ours for four years. I am ecstatic!   I have found a few online that I like.

Done: checkbook updated, got one dd registered for Scout Camp and down payment paid. I need to mail a check for one for church camp, and I got church camp paid for for one yesterday. Decided on our full summer schedule and activities and budget. YAY! just knowing what we are doing and not doing and when is a load off of my mind. I have been going back and forth on some things for a few weeks.

•Got all my office work finished up

•Got bank deposits ready for tomorrow

•Will go to post office tomorrow

•Had vet come out to look at horse's eye, thinking it was a run-of-the-mill infection. Just my luck, the vet suspects it may be a potentially very serious condition that would require surgery at the university vet hospital two hours away.  <_<

•Roasting a spaghetti squash now for dinner

•I am ready for the weekend...

That is the truth!

I would be so miserable without them, though. My dh always says he would rather pay for the horses than for the therapy I'd need if I didn't have them.  ;)

Thanks for the well wishes!
