jkl
Hi! My 8.5 yr old is finally getting an evaluation. I met with the psychologist today and gave her an extensive history and explained our concerns. Dd is going to be screened for ASD, ADD, OCD, and learning disabilities. She will go in for three 2 hour sessions over a period of a few weeks. I know the testing for LDs will involve IQ and Achievement tests, and I know I'll have many questionnaires to fill out ,but I was wondering about the details of the other assessments. She mentioned doing some play-based assessments for ASD... I'd love to here specifics from those who have been through this! Thanks!
Guest
I don't have anything to offer regarding your questions since we are on a waiting list for evals at the moment. Just wishing the evals give you the answers you need for your child and bumping up your thread. Edited May 24, 2017 by Guest
