nevergiveup Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 A word of caution: Friends of ours had a terrible roofer. They took videos of the crappy work and posted them online. The roofer sued. They went to court and my friends lost--and they had posted nothing but the truth; there were no nasty comments on the video. It just documented the subpar work. They were out the cost of the roof (very expensive metal roof) and their insurance company had to pay the other guy's lawyers and court costs. The judge is going to have to go over everything before making a decision. Her ex never produced anything that was worthy of taking custody.
