Brenda I read the beautiful article about Nikota.  Congratulations to her for her performance and for everything that was published about her.  Kudos to you and your DH for being such wonderful people, who gave of yourselves, to help so many children.

We had a chance to talk to her a bit ago that is to Facebook calls. She is having a great time.

Our family is nothing special. Just trying to serve the Lord the best we can in our little corner of the world. Our kids though are amazing

I always knew Ottakee's family was awesome. ;) I've been following her posts here and now the article just confirms that.

God bless you for all you and your dh do!

Congratulations to your athletic children. Hope they are enjoying Austria. :)

Awesome article - I'm so glad you shared.  I had no idea you've been part of so many kids' lives.

I'm also going to disagree with you from your last post that what you've done is "nothing special."  Yes it IS special.  There aren't many like you who are so willing to take so many kids in - even without adding in special needs of any sort.  I've seen far more kids get stuck with really crappy parents than I've seen blessed with caring folks like you (esp when there's no biological connection).

I'm glad you and your husband are there for your kids - all of them.  I know a little from what I've read on here about all you try to do with them - this article shows more.  You're awesome, and very special.  Your kids are incredibly lucky.

No, you are something special.  Wonderful people who are truly living out the Lord's instructions.  What a wonderful article and testimony to your family and to her!
