Each deal has its own policy laid out clearly in the In Particular section under Returns/Cancellations (both will be in bold and are included in every deal). For example, this is the Shmoop return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with Shmoop, you can request a full refund if you do so within 24 hours of the date of purchase.
