rlbostrom
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a Spanish curriculum they would recommend to get my soon-to-be fifth grader started? Thanks so much?
Miss Tick
Hmm. Do you speak Spanish yourself? Are you looking for a full diy curriculum - maybe there is a "So You Really Want to..." for Spanish? Do you want to dabble in it together, lay a foundation of vocabulary and then ramp up to high school level - perhaps Getting Started with Spanish along with Duolingo? Maybe you want to outsource it - Homeschool Spanish Academy? I don't have experience with all of these, but if you search the forums (via Google) you can find discussions. ByGrace3
My dd uses Middlebury Interactive Spanish, and I have been pretty happy with it.
2_girls_mommy
my 7th grader is using EasyPeasyAllinOneHomeschool 7th grade Spanish. I think there was a 6th grade before that. I don't know why a 5th grader couldn't use it. :) We do other things, but this is the daily of vocabulary practice that she is doing right now.
