Soror
Short story long, I got sick in the fall, my thyroid went out of whack, I gained weight. Finally got my labs in, which confirmed I am hypothyroid again. I'm working on upping my meds but past experience is that even with the increase in meds I'll have to work to get this weight off. I've got about 10 lbs, I thought an app might be nice to try. In the past, I've used Livestrong but I'd like to check on others out there. Any recommendations? I wouldn't mind for it to track activity as well. TIA!
Slache
I use My Fitness Pal because I'm getting a Garmin and they'll sync. MFP is pleasantly simple. I LOVE the UP app. You get a food score so I refused to eat cookies if I was in the green. You do not need a wearable to use it.
kiana
Cronometer is amazing if you make your own food -- the micronutrient tracking is unparalleled and you don't have to wade through other people's incorrect entries.
