Streaming videos in other languages, from the US

I love the fact that many DVD's come with multiple language tracks, but I hate dealing with DVD's and much prefer streaming videos. Unfortunately, if I buy, say, a Disney movie online rather than getting the physical DVD I don't get the other languages.

What options are there for streaming videos in other languages? I don't mind paying for video access.

We have multiple languages going on here, so any recommendations are welcome.

Streaming video's is not that common outside the US I suppose?

And most of them that I'm aware of, have regio restrictions.

Even between The Netherlands and Belgium :sigh:

We pay for more foreign TV channels, so we can see British, German and French TV.

We put subtitles for the impaired hearing on so we can follow what they say.

Netflix has option to change the audio language track and add subtitles once you start playing the video, usually a pop-up in the upper or lower right corner. I see that option on Amazon Video too.

On the videos I have looked at on Amazon I see the option to add captions but not to change the audio language.

Yes, for the few Amazon videos I looked at, I can't seem to find any that have other audio in languages either. Most of Amazon ones do specify being English only, even though other languages would be available on DVD. I definitely found quite a few on Netflix that work though.

Netflix has a lot available. You can use UNOGS website (stands for unofficial Netflix something global search) and pick your country and then the audio language you want and hit search. The categories don't work well, but the full listing shows everything. Used to be better when Netflix didn't block VPN's because then you could also just log into another country with your same account, but those days are gone. Anyway.

I have the same problem and don't mind paying but they sure make it hard! I honestly just search what I'd like to find and "streaming VF" (or you'd have to uncover the equivalent for other languages). Youtube obviously has a ton if you don't care what you'd like to watch in particular. Search by "Romantic comedy language" all written in whatever language yo are looking for and whatever category. I don't know of anything else that is consistent and has good selection.
