Bee sting question

DD was stung today at soccer practice on the neck. There is a small little bump where it stung her, not any swelling to speak of really. But she said it became hard to take deep breaths afterwards(within a few minutes). She continued practicing after taking a few minutes to rest and catch her breath. She told me all of this after I picked her up, btw.

Anyway, not affecting two systems that I'm aware of but breathing is a pretty important system, IMO.

Is this epipen worthy? She has been stung a few times but the breathing thing is new. . .
