amyinva
We have read Jothams Journey (and all 3 of the Arnold Ytreeide advent books) many, many times. It has been our favorite family holiday tradition for years, and helped us focus on Jesus as a family during advent. That said, we are getting tired of the same stories every year. Is there another book that is similar in how it's used- a little reading each night that all ages enjoy? We would love to carry on our family advent tradition, but with a fresh story! Carol in Cal.
This is a little different, a series of self-contained stories of the symbols of Advent and Christmas, with an ornament for each night. Unfortunately it's gone OOP, but it's good. https://www.amazon.com/Countdown-Christmas-Devotions-Laura-Zimmerman/dp/057004992X/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1477374030&sr=8-3&keywords=concordia+advent+devotion+book
