ScoutTN
It is 1:00 here and my list is done except for one thing. Granted, it was a very short list and the last thing undone on it takes 5 hours to do. Dh and Ds cleaned the bathrooms and vacuumed this morning. :thumbup1: :001_tt1: :hurray: Oh, how I love to come home to a clean house.

myfunnybunch
So far I've done... Pancake breakfast because ds' friend spent the night and loves my pancakes. Ballet drop-off, theater drop-off, theater pick up, ballet pick up. Co-op paperwork while sitting in the parking lot at the theater rehearsal. Chicken in the crockpot to shred for nachos for dinner. Organized the freezer while searching for the chicken. Washed the dishes and cleaned the sink. Put canning jars and lids in the dishwasher. Next up.... Peel and dice tomatoes. Make tomato sauce. Possibly can the tomato sauce, though that may have to wait for tomorrow. Run to Costco for sodas for ballet sleepover. Ballet sleepover drop-off, theater dance rehearsal drop-off and pick-up. Dinner: Get nachos ready. (Might be able to delegate this to ds15 or dh.) And, my the sky's the limit, if I can get to it task.... Fold the laundry. mom31257
Good afternoon! My older sister left going back home. She is really struggling with grief right now. She went kind of numb when our mom died, and there were some traumatic deaths in both her and her husband's family following that. She feels like it's kind of all hitting her at once now. Prayer for her would be really appreciated. Her name is Angela. Done: meds for nephew finished Witch of Blackbird Pond for book club this week wrote out a calendar for the next 8 weeks (I can't believe how much we have going on and how many times I'm going to be traveling out of state. Dh's fall break and Dd's fall break both fall next month at different times.) In Progress: School priorities list for the next 8 weeks Laundry in dryer now To Do: Finalize book club meeting plans Dinner Call my dad; tomorrow would have been their 56th anniversary; How I wish my mom was here to celebrate it!

SKL
Late to the party again. Kids had volleyball most of the morning. I ran the scoreboard! Then we zipped over to the national park to plant wildflowers with the scouts. Then we zipped over to one of our buildings to meet some folks. Then we did Dunkin Donuts for sandwiches and ice cream. We listened to an audiobook during all that zipping. Then my kids went off to help clear out a deceased person's house, while I went home. While I was driving home, melted ice cream spilled all over in my car, so I had to clean that up. I then got ambitious and cleaned up the kitchen (including some clutter areas) & some other stuff. Caught up on the laundry. It's all folded and put away! Did some work with the kids. Read aloud at the kids' bedtime. Did a little personal reading. Ordered some magazines for my kids, for a fundraiser at my nieces' school. Ordered some shoes for the kids on Amazon. Did a tiny bit of work. That's about it. :) Edited September 25, 2016 by SKL
