Random question: Who reads Prince Valiant?

It's just a question I've pondered for about 45 years.  I've never met anyone who reads it, yet it has held prime space in the Sunday Comics longer than I've been alive.  (Actually, I just looked it up, and it was started in 1936!)  I'm guessing my FIL might read it, as he's always loved pulp fiction, but he always preferred science fiction type stuff (and he's 89yo.)

Anyway, do you, or anyone you know, read Prince Valiant?

I read it when I was a kid, but we don't have a newspaper subscription any more.

I'm not some sort of a freak, apparently. A quick internet search revealed that there was a movie of it in 1954 and a cartoon series and that there are also collections of the strip in .pdf (and presumably book) form as well.

My ds8 would probably enjoy it. He's on a summer comic book binge.
