Slache
Here's my favorite. The biscuits are a pain in the butt to make so I'll frequently make two or three batches and freeze them. http://abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/recipes/bacon-egg-cheese-biscuit-casserole-clinton-kelly

Evergreen State Sue
This looks good, but the recipe was confusing. Why did they give the directions on how to make the Cheddar Chive Biscuits AFTER the directions for assembling the casserole? I certainly wouldn't call those "Step-by-Step" directions! Tree Frog
That looks delicious and different from the standard "cut crusts off a loaf of French bread. Tear apart and put in bottom of casserole. Layer with some sort of meat and cheese and seasonings. Add another layer of crustless bread and cover with egg mixture." Don't get me wrong, I like those casseroles, too, but the OP's is different from all that I've seen. Thanks, OP!

Catalytic
http://www.jimmydean.com/recipes/breakfast/slow-cooker-sausage-breakfast-casserole is our favorite, I leave out the tomatoes because I don't like them, we add bacon, ham, mushrooms, whatever we're in the mood for, and just about any cheese works well. Always a Christmas morning hit when we're "home" for Christmas and do a big family brunch.

ondreeuh
Wake Up Breakfast Casserole. I noted my changes in parentheses. It's easy to assemble the night before and just bake in the morning. It is delicious!!! 8 frozen hash brown patties 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pound cooked ham, cut into cubes (I prefer breakfast sausage) 7 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard (I use prepared yellow mustard) (I add a can of diced green chiles on top) DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange hash brown patties on the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and ham over patties. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard in a large bowl using a whisk; pour over ham. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes more.
mom31257
I never have room in my too small fridge, so I like this one that is not overnight. I use sausage and cook it the night before. http://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/ham-and-egg-crescent-bake/093ec1f6-c267-4d9c-8af1-d48ab572b77a
umsami
Here's my favorite. The biscuits are a pain in the butt to make so I'll frequently make two or three batches and freeze them. http://abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/recipes/bacon-egg-cheese-biscuit-casserole-clinton-kelly So, is this basically a big old batch of biscuits with eggs, cheese, and bacon. It sounds so yummy. Nothing I love more than a biscuit with eggs, cheese, and bacon (turkey these days). Hey! I just realized I can use some of these for Ramadan. Woohoo! zoobie
This is Christmas morning casserole for us. I usually make my own waffles for it. It's good with chicken sausage. http://www.food.com/recipe/maple-sausage-and-waffle-casserole-218124

Plink
Mrs. Mungo's amazing baked oatmeal can be mixed the night before. Mmmm... Now I want breakfast. http://forums.welltrainedmind.com/topic/490283-i-made-the-baked-oatmeal/
lauraw4321
Grits casserole. I don't really use a set recipe, but this is close. Except more butter, fewer eggs. Basically cook the sausage and cool. Cook the grits and cool. Mix ingredients, put it in a casserole dish. Then cook it the next morning. Yummy. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/46968/southern-grits-casserole/
Serenade
Thank you for this thread! Just what I need for Father's Day breakfast. I am not a morning person, so if breakfast is gonna happen, it has to be prepared the night before.
