emzhengjiu
Here's some promotions for you! It's too late for this year but as a homeschooler, you can request free tickets for yourself and your students. The deadline is usually in May. I'll send you the address if you don't have it. We bring our own food and water; both are very expensive once you are within the fair grounds. Judy Participating North Texas KROGER stores Advance purchase General Admission tickets are $12.50. The food bank considers coke an acceptable donation? Ohmyword. Really...what is going through their minds? When we donate to food banks, and we do quite often, I'm hoping that there will be healthy, sustaining foods there, not junk. emzhengjiu
Strange donation to a food bank, isn't it. I wonder if Coco-Cola makes a monetary donation proportional to the number of cokes given opening day. That would make more sense to me. Apiphobic
Thank you! I'm so excited. The culinary delights are immensely appealing. I hope I eat and eat and eat and then go up on the big ferris wheel and feel DIZZY!!!
Amy loves Bud
Did you hear they've added deep-fried bacon this year? Good times.:001_smile:
Apiphobic
Yes, and I had chicken fried bacon as one of my tags for this post, but it's mysteriously disappeared. Must've offended Wilbur or Babe?
