Interesting conversation with ACT Customer Operations

:lol: I am used to answer key errors after K12 math when we were with the charter. I gave up reporting after awhile.

 

We called ACT hotline four times to get the admission ticket for my oldest and another three times to get his score report. They used up more than $20 of my prepaid credit as well as my hubby calling using his office phone during his lunch many times.
