Is there a French or Spanish program similar to Lingua Latina?

Are there other language programs like Lingua Latina - particularly Spanish or French?

I did a google books search for books to teach foreign languages through direct method.

 

I did find a few. The two for Spanish look quite good and very similar to Lingua Latina. The French and Ancient Greek books I will need to look through some more, but they are possibilities.

 

I would still like to hear of any programs that teach by direct method similar to Lingua Latina.

The Mastery of French: Direct Method - by Gustave Pierre Fougeray

There is a book that is basically a Spanish Lingua Latina, called Lengua Espanola. You have to order it from Spain, and it takes a very long time to get here. There's no support for it - no workbooks or additional books or helps. There are some answers in the back, though.

 

I have a copy and plan to start it soon with my oldest.
