Miss Peregrine
Every morning when I get out of bed my foot is killing me. The pain is from my fourth toe in a straight line to my ankle. Going down the stairs in the morning. . .ouch! It subsides but is back every morning.
trulycrabby
Is it on the top, middle, or bottom of your foot?

gardenmom5
I have similar. Mine is muscle tension in my leg that pulls on other muscles tendons and ligaments ultimately straining the bones. I have several exercises to reduce muscle tension that help when I'm good about doing them at least 5x per day. My chiropractor wants me to do them 10x. A day. Walking helps because it's stretching the muscles.
Pawz4me
I don't know what it is, but I'm pretty sure I had the same thing a few years ago. It was pretty bad, and I've always been told I have a high tolerance. I bought a brace and wearing it seemed to help some. After a few weeks it went away and I haven't been bothered since.
