shburks
Has anyone use either the Time or Search trilogy literature series? I guess I'm wondering what kinds of things are included in the parent manual. I'm looking for something to supplement our reading/literature. DS reads all the time, but I'd like to begin to explore early analysis. Rising 6th grader... I did do a search but I must not be using the right key words or something, so if anyone can help me find them, I'd appreciate it!
chiguirre
I used Alice/Peter/Mole but we didn't like them. They just had vocabulary notes and the occasional sentence analysis IIRC. They were a waste of money, imho. I see they've published more sets at a higher level. Those might be better. I ended up enrolling T in Landry's English IV which uses MCT Magic Lens 1 level (all the books) along with Lightning Lit 8. Several of the books are the same as the MCT picks so that might be a good option. Or, you could diy, using Glencoe's free lit guides: http://www.glencoe.com/sec/literature/litlibrary/
