SweetandSimple
I have been eying Catholic Heritage Curricula's Life Science program for the 7th grade. I am not Catholic, but I really like the look of this program. They have a few sample pages here: https://www.chcweb.com/catalog/LifeScienceCatholicHeritageEdition/product_info.html One of the features that I really like is that it has some "formal labs" that seem to guide the student through conducting a lab experiment and filling in a lab report. My son loves science but hates writing, and our past lab reports have not been very well done. This looks like a really neat way to get used to the format of a standard lab report. (And not so painful that it negates the fun of doing the lab!) I am still not sure if this is the right program for us, and I was wondering if any of you have ever seen any curricula or books that have similar fill-in-the-blank lab reports included? DragonFaerie
You might try just a Google search for lab report worksheets.
kiwik
My first semester chem 101 course did this. I would try google too in case someone prepares them for busy teachers. It did really helpwith learning to write up kabs.

KellyMama
Our Apologia notebooking journals had something similar but they were to guide the students through the specific experiments in that curriculum. Also I think I found some on the Donna Young website one time. :) (ETA this: http://donnayoung.org/science/labsheets.htm )
