mom31257
Good morning! I hope everyone is well and has good days. Would you all pray for my nephew? He is in ICU. He has severe epilepsy and has been very sick. He went into status, which is seizures firing continually in the brain. He went in late last night, but I haven't heard more this morning. He is 20 but developmentally 3-4. He has mitochondrial disease, too. Thanks!

Lizzie in Ma
Morning Everyone! We are on break too, and thankful for it! Nurse coming to look at Rowan's central line any minute, it doesn't look right to her and she is flipping. Call Home Infusion and make certain they are delivering 2 weeks of meds so she can go away with grandparents, although she is having a really rough morning and saying she can't go again. Take Rowan for bloodwork. Throw chicken in crockpot make grocery list for tomorrow's shopping trip with dh for Thanksgiving help clean the pit that is Rowan's room so her grandparents can stay in it while they are here this week enjoy knitting and binge watching something with youngest Amy, I hope your nephew will be ok. :grouphug: Luckymama, hope you fix your treadmill dillemma, that happened to my sister's too and she can't afford to fix it. Momtocandj, hope you get some answers for your daughter

MysteryJen
Good morning! Prayer here, Amy. I have emerged from the sports black hole of the weekend. Dh and ds2 got back late last night, generally successful, though dh's phone was stolen. Which is annoying on several levels. The swim meet went well, the kids were mostly pleased. Now, we are on to Thanksgiving prep in a serious way. To do: school for boys (girls are working at a friend's house this morning and then making cookies there) chores laundry review lists general clean up/leave a list for ds2 this afternoon make cranberry sauce and spiced nuts table/place settings/serving dishes PM practice grocery store #1 Have a great day! mom31257
Good afternoon! Thanks for the prayers. He is responsive now, but he's still have continual jerking in his body. He'll even act like he's going into a bigger seizure and then doesn't. They are doing more tests and have a specialist come in about the original sickness which is a bad throat infection. Lucky, so sorry about your treadmill! Melissa, sorry it's eczema, but I'm glad it's not something very serious. Hopefully you can get to the root cause of it and eliminate the source if there is one. Lizzie, praying Rowan is able to go with her grandparents and that the line is okay! Jen, so sorry about his phone! Violamama, sorry about your dad and praying he doesn't have more! The weather was great here today, so we went in to DC and did all the monuments. We were able to get in the American History museum in the afternoon. We are probably walking into Georgetown tonight since we didn't last night.

MomtoCandJ
Going to stay up late to clean, dd2 was so clingy today that I wasn't really able to accomplish much. I was going to volunteer at dd1's school tomorrow for the thanksgiving feast but dd2 is too sick (snotty) and clingy. Besides it's looking like there won't be any school tomorrow anyways, it rained earlier today and now it's snowing and really windy.
