craftymama
I found this journal. Has anyone used it? Are there others to consider?
Raining Pineapples
That journal would be treasured for years to come. Love it! Haven't used it or seen any others like it. So, I'm no help. But I will be reaping the benefits of your post !

craftymama
OK, well, I was hoping someone had used it or seen it or something, but I will be ordering and will report back when I have it in my hot little hands.
baileygirl
I haven't seen anything like that before, but I did order 2 of them yesterday. I can post after I receive them. Thanks for posting.

Coco_Clark
I'd love to hear reviews too. My 6yo and I have started a Mom and Son journal (it's 90% drawings with only the occasional short sentence from him) but it's only a plain ruled composition book. We love it. baileygirl
Hi, I received the journals promptly. I had ordered 2 of the boy ones and a smaller one to give a niece as part of a Christmas gift. They are pretty much exactly as shown in the pictures, but I didn't really notice that they were cardstock (not even a very thick cardstock) and then the inside seems to be regular paper. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I had noticed this, because I don't think they will be very durable. It is nice that it opens up all the way and you can take papers out, etc. I might have still ordered the ones for my boys, but I wouldn't have bought the one that was a gift (it was quite small). In fairness to the product I don't plan on using it until after the holidays.

baileygirl
There are about 40 double sided pages. Some pages are blank, but most have at least one question (sometimes several questions). Some of the pages have places to put a picture or draw something. Some of the questions are like what is the hardest class you have at school, how do you feel when you play sports...or for the mom to answer like for the mom to list cool things about her son or things that make her happy (theses aren't exactly how the questions are phrased, I am just going by memory).
