Am I the only one who looks at the chart and says to myself, "Well, now...that really isn't that bad! Maybe I should have another..."

 

No, it looks fine to me. But I have lost weight with Weight Watchers and I know how to factor in treats. I look at total calories consumed, not exercise points. Honestly, calories are calories for me. Whether it's mashed potatoes or a small hershey's bar it still counts as calories.
