hornblower
Oh boy, this little chart makes it so clear why it's much easier to not eat it, than to burn it off.....https://twitter.com/MatthewKeysLive/status/528322176810643456/photo/1 One of the bonus side effects of being vegan is that very few Halloween treats are vegan so you consume less by default..... Slache
But it all looks so yummy.
Hypatia.
Why did I look at that chart right after raiding the Reese's Cups? :leaving: "I'm just taking Thing 6 trick-or-treating." That's what I told DS1.
Joyofsixreboot
But I ran for an hour this morning so can I have 6 Hersheys now ;)
bolt.
How does it work out if I skip lunch and have soup and veggies for supper?

Tohru
humph! On Halloween too! I have no idea how many Reeses I stole out of my children's stash. I'll probably be spinning until morning, but maybe I can try to spin something into gold :D
Truscifi
Hmm. I had two Reese's cups out of the kids' stash, but I also walked almost 2 miles, part of it carrying a toddler, during trick or treating tonight.
Liz CA
Hmm. I had two Reese's cups out of the kids' stash, but I also walked almost 2 miles, part of it carrying a toddler, during trick or treating tonight. How heavy is that toddler? I think you can have another Reese's. :)
Lolly
Am I the only one who looks at the chart and says to myself, "Well, now...that really isn't that bad! Maybe I should have another..."
unsinkable
Enjoy a piece of candy now and then without worrying about "working it off." Life's too short. We only get so many Halloweens.
Night Elf
Am I the only one who looks at the chart and says to myself, "Well, now...that really isn't that bad! Maybe I should have another..." No, it looks fine to me. But I have lost weight with Weight Watchers and I know how to factor in treats. I look at total calories consumed, not exercise points. Honestly, calories are calories for me. Whether it's mashed potatoes or a small hershey's bar it still counts as calories.
