As the twins have what was my dressing room as their bedroom, and I don't want to wake them up so early, I now leave my bedroom through the outside veranda door, dash along the veranda and come in the kitchen door. this morning as I entered the kitchen an small voice said "Good Morning" It is not light at 5:30just sort of very dark greyish- but there was a little somebody happily stacking the recycling into the cup cupboard. I told him it was still night and put him back to bed!. got up ds17 so he wouldn't miss his bus, bathed twins and fed them 2 loads of laundry washed hung and dried - will fold tonight ironing done ds11 not doing schoolwork :toetap05: lunch served and cleaned up DD14 washed whole house windows inside and out DS11 mowed lawn in play area DS11 finally did morning schoolwork DD14 made orange cake for visitors that are coming tomorrow rushed around kitchen and lounge room doing last minute tidying up things cooked leftover lamb roast in gravy with vegetables for tea. There is something rewarding in serving toddlers that say after every mouthful that it is yum and they like it. :thumbup1: DS11 and DD14 told them that broad beans are really yum, ate one and made delighted faces he twins asked them if they could have some more, dd and ds happily offloaded their broad beans onto their ( the twins) plates and were delighted to see them all vanish. :sneaky2: Tomorrow we have our first DHS formal visit to see how the twins are going. They will do a full house inspection at the same time. I have a list on the table of jobs for everyone to do. there is not much left to do as we mostly have a tidy place. Today: school--finish up 3 week schedule before dd goes to work laundry-wash, dry and put away wipe down bathrooms quick house tidy and vacuuming dh has to work late so just dinner for kids and myself lots and lots more reading Have a good day! We have school and chores today. It is a beautiful day here. Nice for dd1 to be out and about after her class. to do: school with kids oversee ds2 doctor appointment for me chores for all various paperwork things for me general pick up grocery store PM practice/aikido Have a great day! I'm tired! had a mini meeting with ds to figure out today's subjects since we're going to be gone in the afternoon for medical appointments. Vaccumed, cleaned the microwave using that cool bowl of water trick and put a cheery candle on. Oldest actually slept well last night for the first time in ages, was so happy for her. It makes such a huge difference. I had trouble sleeping last night because 2 stray dogs kept going after our outdoor cats. Animal Control picked them up this afternoon. Actually I can feel myself going into a flare. school is done allergy shots are done for both ds and me chiropractor is done for all of us flu shot is done for ds so now everyone except for me (who can't get one) is covered. Starbucks is done. ;) I figured out what to make for dh for dinner. Two of us can't eat it because of allergies but there are other things we can have. Since we were at the hospital for 3 hours I did not get nearly as much done as I was planning.
