ktgrok Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 I screwed up. I added a new bank account recently. This weekend I transfered money into it from my usual account. Then today I added it in Mvelopes. Well, now it shows that the starting balance is in "income cash pool" and I have a transfer that only shows half ot the transfer. So it shows money coming out of my regular account, but never show it going into anywhere, because the account wasn't seen by Mvelopes when I did it. I can't figure out what I should do to fix this, and from what I remember their customer service isn't very good. Never mind - I figured it out. Deleted the account from Mvelopes. Transfered the money back to my main account, then recreated the account in mvelopes, with a zero balance. NOW I can transfer the money .
