Thank you so much!  Did you enroll in any of the classes?  If so, how are the working out?

We're doing Spanish 2 with them and it's going well so far. I liked the looks of some of the other offerings this summer, but the schedules didn't work out for us, as it would have meant bypassing an in-person opportunity interning as a counselor at a half-day theater day camp for elementary students. They set up a facebook page specifically for the students in the summer semester for announcements and questions. Because we were only taking one class, the application process was very easy. I don't know about the process if you are enrolling in a specific program of study with them that is more involved.

The classes run between 14:00 to 21:00 GMT, which puts them in the  morning and early afternoon for us (Eastern time). Their semester schedule is also offset from the more typical Aug/Sept to Dec/Jan and Jan to April/May. Summer is late June to late Sept, fall is late Oct to late Jan, and spring is Feb to late May, I believe. This is making it a bit challenging to coordinate with other classes, but wouldn't be an issue if they were your primary resource. We're doing a mix from a variety of sources, so I'm not sure how the school will work out for us long-term.

My daughter has her first exam in 2 weeks, so that should prove interesting :). Spanish is not a popular language with them, from what they've said, so she is actually working one on one with a teacher in Barcelona. They skype for about an hour and a half twice a week in the early afternoon, using a variety of online resources, so there are no books we've needed to buy. The teacher also assigns tasks to be done between classes and emailed to her or discussed in class. Since she's one on one, it was relatively easy to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the class, and the teacher is able to easily tailor the instruction to my daughter's level and areas that need reinforcement.

We also use this and can recommend them. My daughter has done the Classics book club for two years, and last year, the at your own pace Saxon algebra 1, a live Spanish 1 class, and a live literature class. I've been pleased with all of it. Our biggest issue is that most of the classes are quite Christian-specific, using Apologia for all their science for instance, which doesn't work well for us.

I think that Harari is the one the OP is looking for, but if anyone is interested, VHG will open their enrollment on Aug. 1.
