Moxie Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 I did not think I was so out of shape. I've been doing wk 1&2 faithfully. I thought I was getting stronger with all those squats. I tried the wk 3 Intensive for the first time today and I could not make it through the first round! How depressing is that?!? I'm off to ride my exercise bike. That I can do. Soror Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 I'm still at it! I'm on wk 3 as well. I've done the Intensives 2x this week and have it on the schedule again today. I don't think I'll make it to 4x this week as I took off a few days from being sore after the first time and am very busy tomorrow. I was surprised and impressed by the difficulty of the intensive workout. There are like a zillion squats.
