ondreeuh
How much would this bug you? I received the DVDs and printed workbook for EIW Grade 7. On at least half of the lessons, the lesson title that should be at the top of the page is actually back on the bottom of the previous page. It looks like the workbook was created in a word processing program, and somehow the page breaks got messed up. It is after office hours, so I emailed them and requested a digital workbook with the correct formatting if it's available. I didn't ask them to refund me the $17 extra I spent for a printed workbook because I don't know whether I am being too picky. I could just use sharpie to write the correct lesson number at the top. I am kicking myself for getting the printed workbook anyway because at 152 pages, it would have been cheaper to print it at home. The lady I spoke with said it was cheaper to buy the workbook from them than to print it, so I was picturing a large book. If I'd bought the pdf, I could have inserted blank pages between daily lessons to make it easy to separate and file. And now with the formatting issue of the printed book, I really just want a correctly-formatted digital book. Hopefully they agree that I am not asking for too much. Arcadia
It would bug me and my older. If it's a few pages, I'll white out the error and photocopy. With half a book having errors, that would be a publishing reject. I expect in good faith to get a book with negligible errors when I order online. ondreeuh
I got an answer back tonight, way after business hours, with the digital workbook attached and a sincere apology. The pdf that was sent to the printer was correct so it's a mystery. She even offered to send me a new workbook if the ones in the warehouse are correct. Things happen and I'm so glad they were happy to resolve it.
threeofakind
I was going to suggest asking for another workbook as I've used them for a couple years and they are always helpful, and they'd likely want to correct that. Sounds like who they went through made a boo boo! Glad it worked out for you!
kiwik
The lady at EiW doesn't seem to work regular office hours - maybe she home schools.

In my experience, EIW has unbelievably good customer service, some of the best I've ever seen. People can order without fear. If there's a problem EIW will do everything they can to make things right. Love them :)
