icollectkids
The weather had been nice here lately. All they want to do is go play with the chickens! lol Can't say I blame them...chickens are way more fun than school... *so ready to call it a school year and be DONE with it all*
*Alyssa*
Oh my, yes! It seems the weather warmed up and their bodies naturally said it was time to RUN...EVERYWHERE! I can hardly get them to sit still. Wish I had their kind of energy.
Julie Smith
It has been much harder lately to get school done. Usually they can happily play all day. But mix that in with being able to just go outside without winter gear and not get wet, cold... I have thought a few times that I could easily in theory just give them a lunch and send them out in the morning and go collect them just before Dh gets home. kwg
I was seriously thinking of stopping school for now and then starting in July or something. *I* am done! And I think my ds11 is going through something bc he was crying at every little thing today.

Julie Smith
Over a 4 day weekend Youngest did not just forget his multiplication facts, he forgot what multiplication was. He use to have most of them memorized up to 10X10. He no longer remembered 4X1.
Rjmakmom
My whole house has Spring Fever- and I may have it worse than the kids! I finally decided to give it- we are enjoying the weather, the chickens and the ducks and will get back to math and English soon. Pretty soon it will be too hot to enjoy being outside anyway. TexasMomma
Yes! They just want to be outside. We will be doing school until the middle of June. It's gonna be a long 7-8 weeks...

trulycrabby
I hadn't thought of it, but the last two days DS10 has been getting about half of his math problems wrong. So, yes, I guess he does! :)
