4ofus Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 Hi folks, I ordered JA & Solutions from Amazon a few weeks ago. JA came quickly but the Solutions was delayed & today I received a cancel notification. They don't have & don't know when they'll have the product. Anyway, it seems I've read on here that the Solutions had quite a few errors, does anyone know if a revision is in the works? Maybe that's why Amazon couldn't get it to send? Chrysalis Academy Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 I don't have any inside info, but I hope this means they are pulling the Answer & Test book to correct all the errors - it sure needs it! I also hope they will rethink the pricing scheme - it seems silly to have the TM cost $10 more than the worktext. It seems very outside of my natural way of doing things. I'm a 'get-er-done' gal, not really a 'let's explore' gal :). Haha. I would definitely need guidance :). I just checked with Will, who's the guy in charge of all things technological and logistical here at Arbor. He says the problem has to do with the relationship between Amazon and our publisher, meaning that you can't get our products on Amazon Prime. He also says that if you send him an email at orders@arborcenterforteaching.org, he'll ship the book directly and won't charge for the shipping. Hope I'm not too late with that info. Also, it is a revised version of the answer book (JA itself has been revised too) -- I really tried to catch those errors! I'm afraid I can't fix the pricing, though. Gotta run and teach a class! I'm more than able To think through different ways to arrive at answers, but it's helpful to quickly check that my daughter basically gets the lesson, or whether we need to work on the concepts more.
