Dmmetler Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 It's a Latin vocab exam for 3rd-6th graders, focusing on basic categories (animals, numbers, family members, food, etc). It's a nice first test because it's fairly low-stakes (either you get a perfect score and get a medal, or you get a certificate at different levels), can be given at home and mailed back, but still is a formal "test". 3rd and 4th graders do just the core, 5th and 6th graders add a yearly specialty test section (although younger kids can do it, too).
