It's nice when it works. :) Currently we do it when we eat at home and don't have company - about 3 times per week. I don't ask my kids to read, though. This is really the only time I read to my kids, and anyway, their hands are always dirty during meals. ;) But it is a nice idea; maybe we'll try it someday.
